3. User Accounts

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pro Subscription

TabGenie Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.2 Billing

• Subscription fees will be charged to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
